How will my order be delivered to me?
For CILUZIO luminaires, we offer delivery via the UPS carrier in France and Europe. It is not possible to order CILUZIO luminaires outside Europe for the moment via the site.

As soon as your order leaves our workshops, you will receive an email notification from us and the carrier.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Our delivery time varies between 3 and 5 weeks. Indeed our creations require several stages of manufacture by hand and involve several trades. It is therefore sometimes necessary to wait to receive your AAMA design order.
But on D-Day, you receive an object entirely handmade in France and Poland for our mouth-blown globes, with high standards and passion.
This lead time may fluctuate throughout the year depending on our supplies of raw materials and the load level of the workshops.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Take photos of the package and any damage, traces of opening. Important: issue a reservation when receiving your package, or even refuse it. The photos taken and the reservation made, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org , we will find the best solution for you together.

How do I exchange or return my order?
You have 14 days after receipt to return your order to us in its original condition at the following address, enclosing your order number:

Reminder: our shades are made by hand. Slight variations in shades may therefore exist from one cylinder or plate to another, inherent to the artisanal process of our manufacture.
